Finally, BERG Toys provides you with a unique service guarantee: spare parts can be purchased for up to five years following purchase of the product.

Repairs within the guarantee period
If you wish to claim under the guarantee for any of our products, you should take the product to your nearest dealer. Always take with you your original purchase receipt. Your dealer will be able to tell you if your claim is covered by the guarantee.

Repairs outside the guarantee period
BERG Toys recommends that you contact your dealer. He will give you a quote for the repairs, so you can decide whether to have the article repaired or not. This way, the decision is entirely yours.
